With just a few intentional changes, you can make your digital life a reflection of the self love you’re pouring into yourself this January and beyond. Let’s reclaim your scroll time and make it work for you!
1. Follow What Feeds Your Soul
Ask yourself: “Does this account bring me joy or stress?” Seek out creators who uplift, educate, or inspire you. Follow pages focused on mental health, self-care, and empowerment. Whether it’s a therapist breaking down emotional wellness or a Black yogi showing you how to breathe through the chaos, prioritize content that makes you feel good. Want some suggestions?
