In conversation with Black Love’s Co-Founder Codie Elaine Oliver at YOU Retreat, Beauchamp shared that while this is a community that meets in the morning, her own personal journey in wellness (as the co-founder of Brown Girl Jane) had her doing this practice long before Morning Mindset began.
“I’m up early at 5 a.m. in the morning anyway. The IG live is part of my routine, and it’s part of what I do and my wellness practice.” Beauchamp shared as she discussed with Oliver the importance of a wellness practice, caring for yourself while being a boss, true sisterhood, and the maturing that comes along with growth.
