Prior to that, she served as Chief os Staff for the Vice-President Kamala Harris during the 2020 presidential campaign. Jean-Pierre is also the author of the memoir “Moving Forward: A Story of Hope, Hard Work, and the Promise of America.”

Kylar Broadus is an attorney and an activist. He’s the founder and director of the Trans People of Color Coalition, which is dedicated to advocating and protecting the civil rights of transgender people of color. Broadus is also the first openly transgender person to testify before Senate.
