A Love Languages recap: The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate is a 1992 book by Gary Chapman. It outlines five general ways that romantic partners express and experience love, which Chapman calls “love languages” listing those as Words of Affirmation, Gift-Giving, Acts of Service, Physical Touch, and Quality Time. While these are all love languages that we deserve, the book was created to discover how to love your spouse based on what love languages mean the most to them. Black Love has created this list to love your friends based on their love languages, let us know in the comments what kind of friend are you and if so, if you’d add anything to the list!
