Deciding to go on a healing journey is a personal choice; it could be a different experience for everybody. No matter how you choose to do it, one thing will remain true: you need the tools and platforms to get you off to a good start and keep you motivated. A lot of what goes on for a healing journey is a variety of self-work, which could be unlearning negative thought patterns from your past or just deciding to create goals and stick to them no matter what.

Healing will not happen overnight. But you can look for inspiring content to help aid that journey. Whether it be a podcast or a community of like-minded people, curating what you listen to and read is a great start to any healing journey. Rē•spin is a great platform for a healthier life overall. It was founded by Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry. Berry launched the digital content and commerce platform back in 2020 to connect with her fans better.
