When Black women and men use the act of self-love by taking much-needed time for themselves, they are able to replenish themselves from the inside out.

Seasonal depression can quietly bring about feelings of fatigue, depression, and social withdrawal — things we already know require regular self-care practices to manage and navigate. Here are a few things to try to navigate the season.

School is in session, but our books are being banned. We’re doing the work to ensure that the next generation is informed, no matter what. 

As a person who believes in the power of love and community, I can definitely depend on The Black Love Summit to deliver.
